Sync Button Not Working
Decided to switch from an HP to a Mac Computer a few weeks ago. Since then my sync button has stopped working. Thought it was a firmware issue. Tried installing firmware however there was an issue & told me I needed to download Java. Well my Mac denied the install. Please help!!
