mic bar showing up when i plug in my heaadphones - DDJ FLX4

Omg in rekordbox, everytime i plug in my headphones to the controller (the audio is set to the controller already AND the master output is set to my macbook and headphones output is "phones") the "microphone bar stuff pops up NOT the headphone stuff its so frustrating. and the audio is coming out my computer even when i assign the cue channel and everything. PLUS the mic bar will stay there even when i dont have anything plugged in. It is plugged into the headphones outlet. ugh please someone help me!
