Memory Cues

On the XDJ-XZ, I have loaded tracks with multiple memory cue points stored previously in Rekordbox. However, when I load a track, I can’t recall the different cue points, and it always starts at the last memory cue point I saved. The call arrows are not allowing me to move from one point to another. I’m sure I’m missing a small detail.
