Plx 500x buzzing

I purchased 2 PLX500K last week constant buzzing from left speaker. I have tried everything earthing the amp and mixer, taking cartridge off and putting it back on nothing working. This wasn't a.problem with my previous equipment. Amy assistance appreciated
