rekordbox choppy output with video plugin

Hi! I've been a rekordbox user ever since the beginning, but I'm having issues with the quality of the video plugin in rekordbox, which I user quite often. I'm upgrading my video file library (MOV, MP4 files) to 60fps, and rekordbox keeps outputting very choppy video. Even 25fps videos look choppier than 25fps should look like. When I use Virtual DJ or even Serato, video output is very fluid and non-choppy, and I have to add that I have the recent Macbook Pro (most expensive model) with lots of CPU and GPU power. So it has nothing to do with the hardware. I'm frustrated. Is there any upgrade to the video plugin planned? If Virtual DJ and Serato can output 60fps videos perfectly, why isn't rekordbox able to do this too?
