Rekordbox 7.0.9 slow to launch and not responding. (Windows 11)

Whenever I try to open Rekordbox 7.0.9 it takes up to 5 mins to launch and become usable. My database has around 3000 tracks and I am on the "Free Plus" plan. running windows 11.

It has got so bad that I have v6.8.5 installed as well now and gone back to using this. This version loads up within seconds and is a lot more responsive when navigating through the Library
