DDJ-FLX10 loses audio and midi connection with Serato during gigs
The sound disappears on the latest Serato and DJJ-FLX1O in the middle of a gig and this always happens after midnight, almost at the same time between 0.11-0.22 am.
The music continues to play on the screen in Serato, but the sound disappears without warning and the FLX10 does not obey the touch. Only restarting Serato helps and this does not happen again for the rest of the night.
It is also worth noting that I have never touched the FLX10 at the same time this has happened.
In frustration, I did a completely clean operating system installation on the latest Sequoia and installed the latest Serato with a fresh Database.
I did three gigs without problems and thought the problem was gone until it came back exactly the same as before.
All background programs are closed including wifi and bluetooth and everything should be optimized correctly. Power usage is at maximum and nothing goes to sleep at any point.
Like a process crashing the Pioneer audio driver after midnight?
And all this happens again after a clean install of Sequoia and a new Serato Database. So the problem is the same as it was with the previous Monterey install
The Serato log file ends when the sound disappears and it tells you that the connection has been lost, but it doesn't tell you the root cause.
The USB cable is a brand new UDG shielded cable that is plugged directly into the Mac, no hubs.
Nothing in my opinion points to a USB connection. When the music cuts out, it doesn't click, crackle or pop, it just disappears and Serato continues to play the track. The controller also seems to be fine, but doesn't respond to touch.
Nothing is loose and there are no power outages anywhere and this problem is repeated at different venues.
The Macbook is a 2021 M1. free space 675gt/1tb
