issue with registration - DDJ-400

Hey, 

I recently changed computers with rekordbox ver.7. Everything worked fine until then but now rekordbox tells me that it works with the ‘free plan and cannot be controlled using connected your DJ material’. I thought that I would be able to use my DDJ-400 like before, with the performance mode, without subscribing to any plan. Does anyone have any idea what's going on and what I should do?
