DDJ FLX 4 Crossfader stopped working

Hi everyone, I bought a new DDJ FLX4 a few days ago. Everything was going well until today when suddenly the crossfader stopped working. I tried resetting the Rekordbox preferences to "default" but that didn't fix it. I appreciate all the help and ideas what could have caused the problem. Thanks in advance
