FLX-4/Rekordbox Remap Function

There is one feature on rekordbox that i wish i could "move" to other inputs, which is the Hold FX Pad and then switch to another Pad Mode to lock the FX in place. I really wish you could move this to somewhere, because having momentary FX and Toggle FX both would help a lot. For example, i wish you could move this kind of behaviour to Shift+FX Pad or just one of the FX Pad to Shift+SmartFader Button (which i don't use much). Those are just examples. Is this possible? If this isn't possible through the Midi Mapping inside rekordbox, is it possible by using the .csv files? Or even by editing the .xml settings like PadFxSettings.xml? I have a coding background so, if by any means, this is possible, just help me do it. Thank you very much.
