PLX500 - turns on but doesn't rotate

Hello, 
yesterday I turned on my PLX500, clicked on the start-stop button and...doesn't rotate.

Any hints? 

I have the feeling the start-stop button doesn't click also. So maybe something got damaged there?
I don't find any support center nearby me (frankfurt).
