I have two questions:

1) can I install version 7 on a PC where version 6 exists?

2) how much does version 7 cost? I am not interested in subscription plans, I have a regular 6 license

  2. rekordbox 7 is free to use. 

When using rekordbox with only a laptop features are limited but you can still mix tracks you own and have on your computer. 
If you connect a hardware device that is considered ' hardware unlock' for rekordbox you get access to more features. Again, no subscription needed.
