Fader Snapping

I have had a DDJ-FLX10 for about 8 months now and slowly noticed one of my faders bending for a few months.

Recently it has snapped clean in half during a rather quick but non-aggressive transition.

I was curious if anyone else has had this issue and if there was a solution?
