Dropbox - Cloud Library Sync - Upload Tracks Option Greyed out

I have the Pro Plan with Dropbox 5TB storage option

Within RB settings Cloud Library Sync is on, and logged into Dropbox account

However when I right click any of my files and select "Cloud Library Sync", the Upload Tracks Option is Greyed out - It only shows the Move Tracks to Local Storage Option

How to fix? I want to upload and sync to Cloud

I have the Dropbox app on ,my desktop and the "Rekordbox" folder is in there
