cant export tracks to usb

ive recently just got my new usb 64gb sandisk and the format is set to exfat which ive read is okay and i go to export a playlist onto the usb however rekord box wont let me as theres something wrong with the tracks i think ive tried performance mode and export mode. how do i change the track format and potential fix this probelm?
