Samples form Rekordbox on XDJ-AZ

Hi all, I have a problem with my XDJ-AZ.

I want to play samples from Rekordbox on channels 3 and 4. I have selected it in the software, but unfortunately nothing is coming to the AZ. Channels 3 and 4 are set to laptop mode.

It works on channels 1 and 2. The firmware is up to date.

Does anyone else have this problem or know the solution?
