Opus Quad Crash with Beatport and Cloud

Hi guys, 

I have a big problem with my opus. Every second or third Session my Opus crashed. 

It crashes and has to pull out the mains plug. This happens when I log in via the cloud and use Beatport streaming. I have to log in to Cloud and Beatport beforehand, which works fine. But after one or two hours, the console crashes completely. The latest firmware is already installed. 

The system is currently so unreliable that I have to control the software via the MacBook again. But even there the software crashes from time to time.

Does anyone have a solution to the problem with the console?
