WAV 24-bit / 44.1kHz Not Readable on XDJ-RX

Hi everyone,

I have a WAV file (24-bit / 44.1kHz) that my XDJ-RX won’t read. I’ve checked the official audio compatibility list, and it seems like this format should be supported. I’m attaching a screenshot of the file info and the XDJ-RX compatibility specs.

Has anyone encountered this issue before? Any solutions or workarounds?
