Even when my controller is properly connected with DDJ-FLX4 Not Rekordbox still shows "Free" mode
Hi everyone,
I'm having trouble getting my DDJ-FLX4 to unlock Performance mode in Rekordbox. Even when my controller is properly connected, Rekordbox still shows "Free" mode.
Things I've Tried:
✅ Checked the USB connection and tried different cables/ports
✅ Restarted Rekordbox after connecting the controller
✅ Updated Rekordbox to the latest version
✅ Updated the FLX4 firmware
✅ Logged into my Pioneer DJ account in Rekordbox
Despite all this, Performance mode remains unlocked. i can play. some effects are locked and i still see "Free" mode. Has anyone experienced this issue or found a fix? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

That is normal.
DDJ-FLX4 is a hardware unlock device, which basically means you can use it with Performance Mode when connected.
But it does not mean it activates a paid plan, so it is normal that it shows Free Plan.
