Xdj Az issues

I have recently got the new XDJ AZ from a trusted shop in the uk and am having a few minor issues and one major. The major issue is a problem with bpms on the tracks i mix, whether its house, dnb, or any genre the bpms seem to be fluctuating and going out of sync quickly, making it impossible to mix with 4 channels (which is the only reason i bought the az instead of the xz) i heard it might be because of the screen only shows 1 decimal place on the bpm but everytime i change the bpm i make sure its at the very bottom of whatever bpm im putting it as. I have had 3 controllers before this and never had this issue. Another issue is the colour ft effects have changed out of no where and are now muddled up. The last issue (which may just be how the controller is) but everytime i change an eq on a playing track its starys redlining, for example a track is in the green, i cut the low eq and all of a sudden its redlining. The second two issues im not too worried about tho its more the bpm issue as it makes it impossible to use 4 tracks as im constantly having to nudge the jog wheels to get the songs back in sync, ive always had pioneer equipment but this will be a big let down if cant be fixed as it takes away the main use of the xdj az (4 channels through one controller).
