Collapsed Media File Error Message E - 8302

Can anyone PLEASE HELP!!  I have submitted inquiries to pioneer with no resolution on how to fix this issue after multiple email correspondence with support I have basically been ghosted.

I own Pioneer CDJ 3000s, and all the firmware is up to date.  I select certain tracks to load and  I get the message  E -8302 CANNOT PLAY TRACK(3000) MEDIA FILE IS COLLAPSED. THe tracks show up and play just fine in Rekordbox but will not load on the players.  I also own  Denon SC5000s and all these tracks I am having issue with work fine on there so I know the files are good.  Initially I had the issue with 70+ tracks the number has grown I tried multiple things to try and fix I deleted the tracks and re-added them to the collection this did work for some of the tracks. I have also tried converting some of the files to different format and then re-adding to collection they still did not load. I  bought the same track that was "collapsed" from a totally different source then I originally downloaded  deleted the original from my USB drive and collection and added the new one and it still gave me the same error.

Pioneer support suggested exporting the collapsed files  to a thumb drive and this did work unfortunately this is not a solution I want the files to work on my main drive I don't want multiple USB drives when I am playing out. This also vindicated that the files work fine and the real problem lies in the Rekordbox software. I tried formatting my drive and using Rekordbox library back up per request of support and this did not work they then suggested my drive is corrupt  according to the engineering team and I get a new one so I did....the tracks still do not work. I  asked  for clear direction from support and at this point I was ghosted I sent multiple emails asking what to do next and no response.  I'm at a loss here. I know I am not the only one  with this problem I have read posts dating back to 2012 with the same issue but have found nothing on how to resolve the issue. The amount of money I have spent buying Pioneer equipment and I can't even play my music is ridiculous and the fact that pioneer has no answer on how to solve this is absurd.

If anyone can help with this I would greatly appreciate it.
