XDJ-RX2 firmware update won't start

I have an XDJ-RX2, downloaded the latest firmware update, unzipped it and added it directly to the root of my USB and entered update mode on the XDJ.

It prompts me to connect the USB but once I do so, it doesn't seem to start the update.

The USB is properly formatted to FAT 32 with MBR.

I've tried redoing the whole process several times with no luck.

Is there anything else I can try?
