Vocal Position Detection in Rekordbox Not Setting Cue Points as Expected

Hi, I recently purchased the Creative plan because I was under the impression that the automatic vocal position detection in Rekordbox would automatically set cue points where the vocals start. However, it doesn't seem to do this.

I’ve also tried to "teach" Rekordbox by manually placing the cue points at the vocal entry and exit, but the result is still the same. Unfortunately, I’m unable to set the cue points manually as I intended.

I bought this plan specifically to have this feature, so I would really appreciate any help or advice on how to make it work as expected.
