XDJ-AZ wont load track on the left jog wheel

Left deck wont load a track correctly. I can choose the track on the display and load it there but nothing loads on the jog wheel display. The play button and the Hot cue work and i can get sound through the speakers but not much else works on that left side. The right side works just fine and loads everything like the artwork and waveform.
