URGENT HELP - Hot Cue issue

Hello guys, I need a help. 

Yesterday I was playing with on CDJ-3000s and suddenly, whenever I pressed a hot cue, it would jump to a hot cue from a completely different track (but always the same track) that wasn’t even loaded on the active deck. It would stop the current track entirely and load that other one instead from that hot cue. Has anyone experienced this? Any idea what could be causing it?

Please help me, I have a gig in 1 day
