ITunes saying "Load Error. The File Could Not Be Found."

I am new to Rekordbox and I have all of my 1,600+ songs on my laptop and in iTunes.  I do not want to put all of those songs in Rekordbox and bog it down, so thought I could share with iTunes and work with the songs out of there.  It keeps  popping up with the above saying...help please!
