CDj 3000 and cdj 2000 NX2 do not link

I have a problem, I have updated the CDJs to the latest versions, 3.19 for the 3000 and 1.87 for the NX2, the thing is that they do not link me to each other with the USB, something that they did before with previous versions, has this happened to anyone else?? thank you
