DJM-500 monitor phone output quality

Hi,

I recently bought a 2nd hand DJM-500. 

The monitor phones output is distorded and the highest range is hardly audible (even with the monitor equalizer to the minimum).

I'm keeping the volume of each channels in the green area. If in the red, it is more distorded.

Any ideas what I might do wrong (or not)?

Alright, actually the master output has the same issue. I cannot believe the quality would be that poor, so I guess something might be wrong.

Any help will be greatly appreciated :)
