Error opening CDJ/XDJ ASIO with Rekordbox 7.1.1

Hi Guys, I have an issue that has baffled me! lol I'm getting an 'error opening CDJ/XDJ ASIO' when switching to this driver in Rekordbox performance. Both XDJ 700's connect to RB7 without issue. Both play ok too. But it will not recognize the driver. I've had this happen before and it was just as simple as reinstall the driver as Admin and reboot the laptop and it worked again. But not this time, and I've tried everything. By the way, I'm a very tech savvy PC engineer, I build and repair PC's.

Here is what I've done with no success:
1. Re installed ASIO driver as Administrator and rebooted.
2. Removed all XDJ700 drivers in Device Manager, re installed ASIO driver and rebooted.
3. Renamed rekordbox3.settings to rekordbox3.settings.old

All of the above have not worked and I have tried some other things too. As I mentioned, the decks connect to RB7 and play. No issue connecting the XDJ to RB7. Both play and respond when using my 'Speakers Realtek Driver' on my laptop. But cannot work with the CDJ/XDJ ASIO driver.
