Jog Wheels DDJ-GRV6

I just bought a DDJ-GRV6, one of the jog wheels does not allow me to scratch properly: when I touch the jog, the track stops, but I cannot move it forward or backward (as expected in VINYL mode).  

This issue happens in Rekordbox, Serato, and Virtual DJ (Tested on Mac), so I believe it's not a software issue.  

It seems like the jog's touch sensor isn't responding properly.  Any advice?
