XDJ AZ Key Sync won't turn OFF

On my XDJ AZ, once I hit the KEY SYNC button it won't turn OFF. I tried hitting the button twice as recommended, tried turning off the device, installed the latest firmware, nothing. Once I hit a track it automatically turns key sync ON the other DECK that has a music track on.
