Rekordbox High CPU usage?

Recently started with DDJ FLX4 and Rekordbox, using currently linked to desktop PC 12th gen i5 with 16gb RAM and Rekordbox is slow moving from export mode to perform and in general, on occasion using 100% cpu.

As I am learning I am trying to decide between Rekordbox and Serato.  If I planned to use Rekordbox on my laptop in the future I dont think it would cope!

Is this a settings issue or is just the software?  Dont want to invest a load of time and effort into a program that not going to be usable as I progress and need it to do things quicker
