DDJ FLX4 shift+turn the jogwheel's top stopped fast forwarding

hey everyone. i have been searching all over the internet for the past weeks to figure this one out but with no success. Randomly (while playing) the shift + jog wheel turn combination stopped working and basically does the same thing as when i turn the jog wheel alone without the shift. It stopped working on both of sides. Both work separately. I feel like i pressed some combination by mistake that turned off the function...

Of course i tried all the restarts, vinyl mode on/off just in case, whatever was suggested, but nothing.
