Alphanumeric Key XDJ XZ
Can anyone help please? I changed to Alphanumeric Key from Classic. I was told this was best for DJ's to use. I have playlist all correctly in alphanumeric key on Rekordbox and USB but when I sort my playlist in key on XDJ -XZ it puts tracks like this:
Track name - 1A
Track name - 1A
Track name - 1B
Track name - 10B
Track name - 10B
Track name - 11B
Track name - 12A
Track name - 2A
Track name - 3A
Track name - 3B
and so on .... it then goes in order. It puts anything over 10 up the top with the 1A, 1B etc etc. Hope you understand this.
I have also tried on another laptop & rekordbox and used a new USB but it still happens when I sort on controller. Is this a fault on the XDJ - XZ?
If I go back to Classic Key it is in correct order.

If you edit it yourself in rekordbox like this, it should sort properly.
Track name - 1A→Track name - 01A
Track name - 1B→Track name - 01B
・・・・
No changes to the following
Track name - 10B→Track name - 10B
Track name - 11B→Track name - 11B

Thanks for the reply. I did read this on redditt as someone else had posted the same problem, I have a vast amount of tracks so this would take forever. Is this the only solution? Seems very long winded.

I have just tried this but Rekordbox isn't allowing me to edit the numbers by putting a 0 in front. How do I get around this? Can anyone advise please?
It seems like you can edit it by changing it to 001A or _01A.
I don't know what will happen if you display it in XZ though.
