Rekordbox mobile library sync does not work

It used to work on my previous laptop, but now even though the search mobile button appears, it connects to the android phone, but when i transfer to the mobile device - it even shows that its transferring but then nothing appears on my phone. I tried installing on an ios device as well, same problem. Connects the mobile but does not transfer any data. Please help been facing this issue and looked all over the internet without finding a solution. It seems to be a software bug
