FLX2 do not work with ANDROID (samsung)

I recently received my flx2. I have a flx4 but wanted a smaller controller so I could use it anywhere... with my phone (Samsung S23). Unfortunately, that's not possible. WARNING!!! IF YOU HAVE AN ANDROID / SAMSUNG DEVICE, DO NOT BUY IT!!! I've been trying for a few days and I can't get it to work. If I CONNECT flx2 to the S23 with the provided usb c cable (or any other certified one), the phone goes silent. Zero audio from any app. If I use an external speaker connected to the Flx2, it sounds tinny, saturated, horrible audio. Connecting the speaker via BT to the S23 and this via usb c to the FLX2, I can't pre-listen through the headphones from the flx2 or from the phone either, not even with a usb c to 3.5 female jack adapter x2 (mono). If I connect the phone via BT to the FLX2, the sound comes out ok through the phone or through the BT speaker but I lose pre-listening. The same thing happens no matter what app I use, rekordbox or Djay Pro (by the way, the FLX2 doesn't have access to the full version). If I connect the FLX2 to a computer via USB C, it works fine. From what I've seen in forums, it's a compatibility issue for all (?) Samsung phones and the audio channel system they use. It's a shame that Alpha Theta or those who promote and sell it don't warn about it, given that Samsung is the largest seller of Android devices globally. But Alpha Theta seems to have already been aware of this, adding a Mono/Android button to the FLX4...for a similar (or the same) problem. I hope future updates (app or firmware) fix it.
