CDJ-3000 sound distorted

I almost never switch off my cdj's 3000 , sometimes when i start playing the sound off the first track is completly distorted ,  when i switch off cdj-3000 and reboot and play then the same track everything works fine again. I have this problem right from the beginning when i bought cdj3000 maybe every month or every 2 months it occurs 1 time .But i did not figured it out yet why it happens now and then. Is there somebody having this same problem also ???
