No suport at all shocking company robbed me of my brand now controller

My brand new controller started smoking bop dj sold me this and did not exchange forseing me to send into pioneer dj 4 weeks ago you don't respond to emails you don't answer the phone so not only are you selling cheap nasty equipment you can't evern be bothered to contact. Me or send a replacement it's bang out of order...
