Flx-10 shuts off during sets; quantize button blinks.

This unit shut off in the middle of live set at a club and once at home. Total fail and significant decline in quality that needs to be addressed by Pioneer because this is jeopardizing people's reputation and income. To add some context, I just got this unit and have only been on the board maybe 6 times. To resolve, I unplugged and plugged as instructed from bloggers experiencing the same issue, and it worked the remainder of the night. Both times the unit was powered via power strips that were not densely packed. I suspect the unit needs to be plugged into the mac's left side, with no other plugs beside it. This is a theory that I cant test because the power issue cannot be repeated wit or without crowed computer ports. PIONEER...please help me resolve this. This is not my first issue with boards post ddj-SB3 production, but this will have to be my last one way or another.
