Rx3 producing white noise feedback

I have a Pioneer Rx3 that is producing white noise through both outputs whenever turned on and plugged into a speaker.  I have tested this on my standard Bose PA speakers as well as Yamaha Hs7 and Yamaha Hs5 speakers.  The noise is consistent across all speakers.  I also have tested a different pair of XLR cables to audio output from the Rx3 and the noise remains the same.  I thought this may have something to do with a Rx3 firmware update and updated the device but the whitenoise/feedback is still consistent.  Any suggestions or help would be so very appreciated as this controller worked perfect yesterday.
