XDJ-RR not showing as an option under "audio" in rekordbox

Hi, 

I have downloaded the most up-to-date drivers and firmwear and checked that these are installed correctly. I am having this problem - https://support.pioneerdj.com/hc/en-us/articles/4409119686809-This-unit-is-not-recognized-as-an-audio-device-when-it-is-connected-to-the-computer

The XDJ is not showing as an option under audio devices (see attached screenshot) as I need to use this functionality to broadcast radio.
