Request #588486 Cue Audio Issues

I’m having a problem with my DDJ-FLX10. When I press the cue button to listen to a track in my headphones, the audio is distorted. I can’t hear the full track—sometimes the drums are missing, sometimes the vocals. It sounds cut out or filtered, almost like a bad mono signal or phasing issue. I’ve attached a few audio examples for reference.

Also, when I press the main cue button, I’m hearing audio from the live track that’s playing through the speakers, even if that deck isn't cued. It makes it almost impossible to preview properly.

Here’s what I’ve tried already:

Restarted the computer

Reinstalled firmware

Verified I didn’t change any settings

Nothing has resolved the issue.

Can you help me troubleshoot this or let me know if it sounds like a hardware issue?
