Tracks multiplying and overwriting other tracks when export

Hey, this problem has been following me for months now, I don't know what to do anymore.

Almost everytime I export a playlist to my usb, some of my songs start to multiply and overwrite the others. I already tried formatting but it happens to more than one usb driver.

does anybody has ANY idea of what is this?
