RX2 Continually Freezing

I am a professional DJ and I have encountered pretty bad problems with the RX2 totally freezing on me during mixes and when I insert a second USB. I use these usbs on cdj 2000 nexus , cdj 2000 nexus s2 and cdj 3000 without any problems.

To give you a summary:

This happens on 2 different RX2 units at two different venues. One firmware version is 1.38 and the other which i updated the other day is 1.43. My rekordbox is 7.0.5.

When using 1 USB the unit will just totally freeze midway through a mix (about 1h - 1h30 into the mix). There is no other way to continue playing except to switch it off and on.

It is happening with 4 different USBs - 1 sandisk extreme 256gb, 1 500gb sandisk xtreme hdd, 1 kingston 256gb data traveller and/or 1 sandisk 512 ultra luxe. 

The same thing happens immediately when I am using 1 usb and insert a second usb. This is pretty problematic for me taking over from another DJ - every time i insert my USB the unit just crashes.

Any idea what is the problem?
