Flashing MIDI light
The MIDI light is flashing on my DDJ FLX4 and can't be read by Serato. I've tried downloading the correct drivers for it and it wont connect. I've made sure that my windows computer is reading it as a controller and from what I am aware of it is.... I have no idea what to do. I am using the USB C chord that it came with so I would assume that it should work. I've tried plugging it in to an additional power source. Nothing. I just wanna use it and I am running low on steam. Please help!!

Same problem!
Does anyone ever answer these queries? I have the same problem and am close to throwing the thing through the wall. I've deleted and reinstalled the software, tried a different usb, connected to a different device to see if its my laptop and still the same. Or do I just send it back on warranty?
Hi there,
If you're on Windows, you need following set up on your computer.
Windows 11
From Privacy & security > Microphone, turn on Microphone access
Turn on "Let apps access your microhone"
Turn on "Let desktop apps access your microphone"
Windows 10
From Privacy & security > Microphone, turn on "Allow apps to access your microphone"
Turn on Allow desktop apps to access your microphone
There are also recent issues with USB connectivity due to a particular Windows update.
Please run Windows Update by following the instructions in the link below:
