Rekorbox 7 Beatport link fails in windows

I am tring to sync my beatport account with rekorbox 7 however it fails saying "Fix your intenet network environment and try again" . With Rekordbox6.6.4 I was able to sync my account. Both were tested in Windows 11. I can't use rekordbox 6.6.4 since my device doesn't unlock the device.
