DDJ SZ2 Problem?

been having my controller for a bit over 3 years not use every weekend with no issues. But now it only turns on goes through the cycle and turns off but 4 lights stay on safe more. I unplugged and re-plugged in with not success. I also tried connecting a different power cord as thinking could be the problem. need help please!!!
