Rekordobox Export mode not recording

With 7.1.3 being geared at all the cheap controllers for bedroom DJs, what is happening for the owners of professional gear like CDJ 3000 and DJM A9 mixers ?

This is what is happening : the Export mode ( used essentially by the owners of CDJs) is becoming as flimsy and buggy as possible. The Export mode takes about 90 seconds to load nowadays versus 10 seconds normally and the Record Option quits after doing a weird bug for 30 seconds. So no recording possible via Rekordbox. I don't care since I have DJM- Rec or Ableton but it's not the point. I should work. I got laughed at by the customer service that played dumb with me for over a week. Possibly the worst customer service I ever had. I am pretty sure it was a bunch of bots talking to me cause all they said was a bunch of nonsense. So I gave up receiving help from Pioneer DJ. Pathetic if you ask me. In no instance the bots tried to help me
