two problems with my flx10... i cannot load the new firmware 1.13 and the line 2 doesnt work

Hi,

i have a problem with my flx10.

When i want to load the new 1.13 firmware it doesn't work also if I download the file from pioneer site.

And another problem is the information about line input on the second channel of the controller.

The other one work normally but the line 2 doesn't work.

Can you explain me what to do?
