GRV6 no audio

When i connect my GRV6 to my computer, this one recognizes it + the controller works (i can surf in my sounds on rekordbox). The sounds can be loaded if the music is played on my computer, but as soon as i wanna play it on my speakers, even loading a song is impossible (it is written : error, check your audio parameters).. What can i do ?
